Automatic gate systems are exposed to all weathers. Regular servicing helps to ensure continued safety and reliability of operation. Our Annual Service is intended for gate systems supplied and installed by Spa Gates with BFT or Proteco automation equipment. Customers who register for an Annual Service will be prompted by us to arrange a service visit by one of our engineers, normally on or around the anniversary of installation. Regular servicing is recommended even if the equipment is still under warranty. breakdown calloutsSpa Gates does offer a breakdown callout service, which is at reduced cost for those who are regular annual service customers. The breakdown callout visit does not include all the normal servicing points. Spa Gates breakdown callout response cannot be guaranteed, but is usually within 3 working days. |
