This wireless audio intercom unit requires no cabling between the gates and the house/office (maximum range: 400m line of sight).

The householder can speak with visitors via the cordless handset in the house, and remotely operate the gate as they wish. The cordless handset is provided with Ni-Cad rechargeable batteries automatically recharged when the handset is plugged onto its mounting base unit. The base unit is provided with a low voltage power cord to a plug in mains charger unit.

The caller outdoor unit at the gate has a ruggedised die cast brushed aluminium anti-vandal cover. This unit also has the advantage of a programmable digital keypad so that regular users can give the correct multi-digit sequence to open the gate. The unit also includes a proximity tag reader (1 key fob tag included). Power and radio communications are provided by the connected controller.
